There are four 'tiers' of davening to choose from. You can go up a level to more Tefila when you’re ready….
It’s based on the Shulchan Aruch if the Alter Rebbe and has all the “must say” and “best to say next”, so if you only have 5-10 min you know what the minimum is according to the Alter Rebbe and if you have more time you add on as you can.
